Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement, refund or suitable fix where appropriate.

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong product, size, colour or design compared with what you ordered, contact us and we’ll help sort it.

Size exchanges

Because items are printed to order, size exchanges are not always possible. Please use the size guide before ordering. If you have an issue, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Changed your mind?

Made-to-order products are created specifically for your order, so we may not be able to accept returns simply because you changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Print-on-demand means your item is made once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste, but it also means returns and exchanges can work differently from a normal clothing shop with stock on shelves.

Check sizing first Use our sizing guide before ordering, especially if you are between sizes.
Keep items unused If we ask you to return an item, it should be unworn, unused and in a suitable condition unless the issue is a fault.
Contact us quickly For faults or wrong items, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it faster.

Can I return a made-to-order item?

Because our products are printed after you order, we may not accept returns for simple change-of-mind or incorrect size choices. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help.

Can I exchange for another size?

Size exchanges are not guaranteed because a new item has to be produced. Please check the size guide before ordering. If you have an issue, contact us and we’ll review it.

What if my item is faulty?

Send us your order number and clear photos of the issue. If there is a production, print or fulfilment fault, we’ll work to fix it.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved and processed, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.

Who pays return postage?

This depends on the reason for the return. If the item is faulty or incorrect, contact us first so we can confirm the next steps.

Can I cancel after ordering?

Contact us as quickly as possible. If the item has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it.
